They say that every good therapist has a good therapist. I would take this one step farther to say that every good therapist also has good supervision! For clinicians just entering the field, clinical supervision is typically a requisite to applying for advanced licensure. I am an experienced clinical supervisor with both social work interns and recent MSW graduates, but my doors are open to new clinicians from all disciplines.

In supervision, whether you are a new clinician or a more seasoned clinician seeking additional support in your practice, we will explore the psychosocial complexities of your most challenging cases and also celebrate the wins and take stock of what worked well so that you can replicate it!
